Developing the Next Policy Leaders in America

ADOSSI worked with FWD to uphold its commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion by engaging their fellows in a series of training aimed at empowering them to become the next great policy leaders in America.

The Process

We have seen and admired the work FWD.US does in the immigration and justice space, so it was natural that when they came to us for our services, we were ready to implement solutions. We met with the Program Manager to learn more about how we can serve and empower the Fellows at FWD.

The Result

After our initial consultation, we, alongside the manager of the program, identified gaps in training that would better empower the Fellows after their fellowships. We proceeded to create a series of training that were aimed at helping fellows learn their rights and increase their agencies as first-time employees.

The End

The results were incredible. One hundred percent of the fellows reported tangible benefits they received from the training. We also saw quite 30% of the Fellows get an increase in their base salaries using the methods we taught during the training.
